We offer VSD upgrades and their replacements. We recommend upgrades for increasing equipment reliability and to increase energy efficiency.

  • Greater control options: control the VSD from a 0-10 dc signal, 4-20 milli amp signal. Control pressure, flow, Co ect - Soft start up, extending the life of the motor and belts (if belt driven)
  • Soft start up: reducing the high in rush current on start up. More energy efficient. Ability to reduce the breaker from a D type and potentially reduce the size of the cable if required, reducing the cost of a cable installation
  • Greater motor safety’s

Motor Replacement
